
LovelessLoveless’ music is packed solid with infectious, unpretentious melodies, exploding with gnashing guitars and buoyant, blooming hooks. Harnessing wall-of-sound American guitar rock and melodic Brit-pop, both brawny and shameslessly beautiful, Loveless makes their powerful, layered sound seem effortless. Their album Gift To The World (Q Division) was produced by Mike Denneen (Fountains of Wayne, Aimee Mann, Howie Day) and features Dave Wanamaker and Pete Armata of Expanding Man (Columbia) and Jen Trynin (Warner). They’ve been featured in Rolling Stone (***), Amplifier, and Spin. The single “Go” made CMJ Top 200, was featured on Heineken’s Emerging Bands Promotion, was “Single of the week” on the Abercrombie & Fitch playlist, and was recognized as “Local Song of the Week” at WBCN (104.1 FM) in Boston. |
