The Stumbleweeds

The Stumbleweeds are a hard-driving classic country and rockabilly band featuring powerhouse female vocals of Lynette Lenker, backing vocals of Lisa Beauregard and red-hot playing from Dennie 'Big Earl' Kelly on lead guitar, Jack Hanlon slapping dog house bass, and Johnny 'Cocktail' Coté on drums. Evil om Your Mind, their latest CD from Eddie Angel's Spinout Records, hit #6 in May 2006 on the FAR (Freeform American Roots) Radio Chart and is getting loads of airplay in the USA, Euope and Australia! They've played with many greats: Wanda Jackson, Janis Martin, Marti Brom, Junior Brown, Kime Lenz, Big Sandy, Wild Fire Willie, Asleep at the Wheel and The Two Timin' Three, to new a few, and were recently nominated for Best Roots Act in the 2006 Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll.
